We advise fully regarding enforcement notices and appeals and prepare applications for certificates of lawfulness. We advise regarding the full range of permitted development rights and prepare applications for prior approval. We can also advise regarding pre-commencement conditions and prepare applications for the approval of details reserved by planning conditions.
